Now that armor has been buffed... and particularly because you're seeing people run with the omni-tank (plates AND shields), the question becomes this:
Should Flux grenade damage and explosion radius be brought in line with locus grenade damage/radius of the same tier?
Even at their base level, flux grenades deal massive damage (in terms of HP) over a large area. They do the job theyGÇÖre designed forGǪ but the radius is huge.
So...
Should the damage be reduced? Should the explosion radius be reduced? Should both be tweaked?
OrGǪ. Should a reduction in damage/radius be offset by having some of the Flux damage bleed through to armor?
What do you guys think?

So... keep the radius the same but lower damage?
(and yes.... it is possible to have a discussion that is NOT about Aim Assist, or the constant DS3 vs KB/M flame war). |

Fine as is. Doing this would be an indirect buff to shields after we got shields and armor pretty much lined up.
What about having flux and locus grenades to varied damage to armor and shield?
Locus grenades do damage to both shield and armor, whereas flux only does shield. Would having the explosive LOCUS grenade do reduced damage to sheilds, while having locus do *some* armor damage be a good balance?
The way that laser weapons are stronger vs shield, and explosive weapons (i.e. Mass Drivers) do *some* sheild damage, but far more armor damage?
Before armor buffing, you needed a strong sheild counter to offset the tanking ability of shields. Now that armor has been buffed, perhaps it is time to revisit the strength of the shield countering grenade...
